Policies
Special Orders are gladly accepted, contact us for a product or item not listed on our menu and we will discuss options to fill your request. All room arrangements are to be reserved by you. All catering orders include set-up and breakdown. If you inquire any speciality linens or rentals, please contact our catering team.
All catering requests must be submitted using our catertrax ordering system. All catering orders must be submitted separately according to your delivery time and date. Minimum catered order dollar amount is $30.00. A minimum guest count of 6 guests on cold items and 10 on any hot items is required (see menu for details). After hours events require a guaranteed number of guests 7 business days prior to event date. Adjustments made lowering the guaranteed number will be charged at the higher invoice total. Payment Terms: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or cost centers. Your CaterTrax order is your credit card receipt, and can be accessed anytime through your account.
We will make every attempt to honor last minute requests, however orders placed with less than 48 hours notice may have limited menu and time availability. Any orders that are submitted inside the order cut off may also be subject to a late charge.
Any orders canceled within 24 hours of event may be charged at 100% of invoice total. Any orders cancelled within 48 hours of event may be charged 50% of invoice total. Guest counts or menu alterations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged at the higher invoice total.
All catering equipment must be accounted for at the time of pick-up. If it has been moved, please return it to the party location before the pick-up time. When the service is picked up, any missing equipment will then be the responsibility of the host and will be billed back to the event .Catering equipment of any kind is not available for use for any event other than those provided by Eurest Dining Services. As a part of a catered service, necessary utensils, paper goods, and condiments are provided and should remain in the room after your event is over to be returned to the catering department.
